VINIFICATION All grapes are carefully hand-picked, destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at coltrolled temperature and using selected yeasts. AGEING For 5-6 months in stainless-steel tanks For one month in bottle.
AGEING POTENTIAL 2 or 3 years.
APPEARANCE The colour is straw yellow with light greenish hues.
ON THE NOSE
Intense, with a complex bouquet of yellow fruits such as apricot together with a note of rosemary. Pronounced minerality. ON THE PALATE
Good and persistent structure, with a typical minerality. It deeply reflects the aromas found in the nose.
FOOD PAIRING Fish dishes, shellfish, raw fish and seafood.
