With your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are made between the two parties and the sales are of a private, non-commercial nature.
- If a bottle is corked, we will deliver you a new bottle free of charge. We will arrange a time with us to deliver the new bottle and pick up the corked bottle. If the bottle is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or similar style bottle.
- You may return an item (unopened) for exchange or full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If our delivery driver is not able to physically hand off your order, the package will be left at your door, and a photo will be sent to you to confirm its location.
- Elevator Food and Beverage is not responsible for any damages that may occur to your order while the items are in front of your door, waiting to be collected by you.
