Description
The history of this variety dates back to the beginning of the twentieth century in the Treviso wine region when it developed from a crossing between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco.

Dry, fresh and plush this wine has a good structure supported by balanced acidity and savoury tones. The finish is long and lingering. Harmoniously balanced

It is ideal served with vegetable dishes, particularly asparagus, risottos, fish and crustacean dishes
Ageing
Ages on the lees for 4-5 months
