Vinification: The grapes are gently pressed, then the must
ferments in steel 12-16 days with cultured yeasts at 28-32°C, with pumpovers
and délestage. The wine is then pressed off and racked into stainless steel for
the malolactic fermentation. It finally goes to the ageing area, where it spends
some 12 months in oak barriques

Bouquet: Rich, intense, and elegant, with notes of blackberry,
black pepper, violets, roast espresso, and black
liquorice

a hint of vanilla on the finish
