Processing: temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, aging and maturation for one year in barriques (¼ new), another 8 months in large wooden barrels. Bottle filling in June 2017.
Color: ruby red
Nose: Strong burgundy tones with hints of berries and
Amarena cherry. At the same time, however, fine sweetness, spice, with hints of delicate wood.
Taste: Shows the typical characteristics of a warm vintage: sweet, lush, juicy, with fine warmth, round and multifaceted. A real flatterer on the palate.
