 Municipality of Costa Vescovato F. 2 22 parts and 20. Vineyard planted in 2009, H 0.5, sixth plant 0.83×2.5, guyot training. Grassing in alternating rows, fertilized with green manure with mechanical weeding. Clayey soil with west exposure. Altitude m. 240 s.l.m .. Manual harvest in crates 

For the vinification a soft pressing followed by the clarification of the must and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18 ° C). After a first racking, the wines remain on the noble lees (yeast lysate) for 1 year and are then bottled and put on the market after aging in bottle for at least 6 months.

Alcohol content: depending on the vintage it varies from 13% to 14.5%
