- Nose: Nose of plum, pineapple, orange, honey and wax.
- Mouth: Good balance in the mouth, the wine shows no heaviness, is well supported by its acidity. Beautiful expression of art that shows the presence of botrytis on the mid palate. Nice profile on the palate.
PAIRING: steak foie gras with grapes and blue cheese.
