Vinification: the grapes are softly pressed and separated from the skins. The must ferments in stainless-steel vats. Alcohol: 14,0% vol Tasting notes: straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Intense and fresh nose with fruity notes and a hint of sage. Well-balanced palate with a long finish. |
