Vinification: the bubbles are created in a natural way through a secondary fermentation in stainless-steel vats. Alcohol: 14,5% vol Tasting notes: semi-sparkling red wine. Ruby red colour with purple highlights. Intense and persistent nose with notes of wild red fruits. Full-bodied, smooth, well-balanced and pleasant on palate. The project has been developed by Distretto del Vino di Qualità dell’Oltrepò Pavese to enhance the quality and reputation of the most traditional wine of our land. |
