Geology: “Gore” – granite terroir degraded and clayey – slity strip.
Lieux dits: Les Arlettes
Average age of the vines : 55 years old
Vinification: natural yeast fermentation, 100% destemming, a daily punching of the cap, two weeks fermentation, none oenological products added.
Maturing: 24 months in diamond/eggs concrete vats. Must settling before filling up the barrels.
Tasting: wine concentrated and austere during the youth, “Gore” minerality is expressed with all its length.
