Description
The Domaine Pierre Frick is a Pfaffenheim, a small tourist village in southern Alsace, a few kilometers from Colmar. In the vineyards the biodynamic principles are applied rigorously. Pinot gris is white wine made from Pinot Gris grapes from the famous Grand Cru Vorbourg. Its soil is of calcareous-marly type covered by a superficial layer of loess. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks and maturation on the fine lees in old oak barrels for 11 months.
